    - Startup setting to enable or disable the rebalance.

    - Vanilla-like resistance progression from light armor through Bob Power Armor MK5 and mech armor.

  Changes:
    - Makes physical resistance the strongest defensive profile.
    - Keeps explosion resistance close behind physical resistance.
    - Keeps acid, fire, poison, and cold slightly weaker.
    - Keeps laser and electric as more meaningful weaknesses.
    - Optionally replaces Power Armor MK2 with Bob Power Armor MK5 in the mech armor recipe.

    - Requires Bob Warfare.
    - Requires Combat Mechanics Overhaul.

  Notes:
    - Intended to preserve the armor progression fantasy without making late armor completely immune to every damage type.
