A small compatibility tweak for artillery progression.

This mod delays the built-in artillery targeting remote shortcut until the player researches the first available early-artillery technology.

It is useful when using mods that add earlier artillery options, where the vanilla remote shortcut can otherwise appear too early or at the wrong point in progression.

• Delays the artillery targeting remote shortcut unlock
• Supports Basic Artillery
• Supports Light Artillery
• Falls back to vanilla artillery when no early-artillery mod is installed
• No recipe, ammo, entity, projectile, range, or damage changes
