since steel pipes connecting to the bottom of something blend incorrectly, this mod does the following:
- hides the steel pipe research (steel tank research moves up a level)
- prevents the upgrade planner from upgrading to it
- all recipes that use steel pipes revert to iron pipes

(touching the recipes might have been a bit excessive in hindsight*)
