With a recent update, Krastorio 2 Space Out introduced cargo expansion equipment that adds additional inventory slots to vehicles (including trains). This functionality overlaps directly with the toolbelt equipment for vagons added by this mod. At the moment, both equipments serve essentially the same purpose, but the tool belt is significantly more efficient due to its much smaller equipment grid size. Because of that, the two mechanics feel redundant and slightly unbalanced when used together.
I wanted to point out this overlap and ask whether something could be done about it?
*For example, providing a way to disable the tool belt’s inventory bonus via mod settings.

Thanks for letting me know. I don't play Factorio as much anymore, and when I do, I don't use the Krastorio mod. So I'm not aware of any mod updates. The original tweak allowing toolbelts to be installed in vehicles was made because there was no adequate way to expand transport storage. Since there is now such a way, I will simply disable my tweak. I don't see the point in making this change to the settings.
