b productivity on enriched iron

when i put productivity modules in the enriched iron recipe, the dirty water also gets the productivity bonus. then the closed dirty water/water loop gets out of control and i have to evaporate water.

i am fairly sure this is not intended. in industrial revolution the dirty water is designated as a catalyst, so the bonus doesnt apply and the loop stays closed. or disallow productivity modules in this recipe.
