g [Done] Oversight involving walls and gates

Right now the research for 2nd tier of walls and gates (I don't remember what they're called) requires walls directly even though it needs that research anyway through the military science pack. At the same time, the 2nd tier of gates does not require the 1st tier to be researched beforehand. Can you either remove walls as a prerequisite for the advanced walls and either require gates or make the advanced gates their own research?
