I don't understand why a have a little blows in my base, a already have krastorio but when i installed SE i have little explosion everywhere, i think is little meteorite but none of the both anti-meteorite installation shoot them, does the krastorio change the meteorite rain parameter in SE ?

SE has Robot Attrition as a mandatory dependency. Go to mod settings and lower the bots crash rate. (If you set it to the absolute minimum, it basically won't ever happen.)

Krastorio don't modify SE meteorite spawn. Anyway I could give u two suggestion:
On map setting,
- u could reduce the robot attrition factor to 0.001
- and meteor intervall to 2880

This will reduce the event to be very rare

Remember that the map setting must be changed when u are in the loaded savegame, if u change it from the main menu will be apply on the future games
