i Crude oil in flare stacks

Do you think you could include crude oil with the fluids voided by the flare stacks? Usually it's not a thing you want to void, but from what I see flaring crude oil would be the best way to indirectly void excess matter. I wanted to use matter to balance by deep mining, but discovered there's no good reliable way to dump the excess of it, pure water is produced in too huge volumes, and flare stacks don't take crude oil.
