When building blueprints, loaders are often placed wrongly (unloading instead of loading).

Similarly, when placing them manually before placing belts, they are often pointing in the wrong direction - not as placed.

The only fix is removing them completely and rebuilding them manually.

With which version of Krastorio and Factorio?

The latest. The problem really is. I don't know how to fix it.

Maybe have a look at the Miniloader mod, or simply use it as a dependency.
