Hi, I just updated the game to 0.17.53 and the mods Krastorio to 1.2.5 and Squeak Through to 1.3.0, and I have a message at launching saying "Unable to load mods: error while running setup for entity prototype "solar-panel" (solar-panel): next_upgrade target (imersite-solar-panel) must have the same collision mask."

Mods to desactivate:
Krastorio
Squeak Through

I have other mods installed (25) but they doesn't seem to have problems and the game worked perfectly yesterday.
Thank you in advance for looking at my problem.
