I think is caused by bobsequipment, both mod redefine a vanilla battery mk1 icon, so u must decide that keep installed.
I could say that Krastorio new equipment is balanced and very endgame adapted, u don't need both.

Krastorio get high tier equpment for don't need another equipment mod installed,
using only Krastorio equipment u could also reach the potentiality given from bobsequipment.

I'm sorry, compatibility with bob's mod isn't planned
