    - Increased fluid fuel values by 50%, adjusted fluid consumptions down so everything else stays the same
    - To match this, solid fuel has now a fuel value of 10.8 MJ
    - burner generator power decreased by 0.05MW, efficiency up from 0.5 -> 0.7
    - big burner generator efficiency increased from 0.66 -> 0.8
    - decreased diesel pollution 0.8 -> 0.7
    - diesel recipe now takes 10 petroleum gas instead of 20
	- reduced train and vehicle pollution
    - updated the 2.0.1 changelog accordingly

    - Now accepts 240° hot steam instead of 165. With vanilla boilers it may not appear saturated because those only produce 165° hot steam, but they still produce the same with them

    - Disabled wind turbine (k2-wind-turbine looks better, or my "windturbines" mod is more realistic. pick one of those)
    - Burner Cars and tanks and hovercrafts pollute now 1/20000 of their base fuel consumption per minute. 600kW -> 30 pollution/min for example (tank)
    - Trains (seperate setting) now pollute 25 per minute (15 for diesel trains if that mod ever gets updated)
