A simple? mod to merge equipment grids (and now fuel categories) from various different mods.

Supported grid combinations:
Krastorio 2 > Spidertron tiers or Spidertron tiers community updates
Krastorio 2 > Schall (tanks, trains, spidertrons, and gunpods)
Schall > Spidertron tiers
Schall > Spidertron Engineer 2
Schall > Krastorio 2
Schall > Vehicle Grid
Krastorio 2 > 5dim
