An update / fix for "Inverted Oil Refinery and Chemical Plants - You can mirror the outputs and inputs" by DellAquila

  1. Fixes "Unknown Key" errors in research/UI (converting files from Windows to Unix style line endings fixed that).
  2. Allows productivity modules to be used.
