Hello, while I understand this would be a nice QOL addition, the goal of the mod is to be as lightweight and integrated to vanilla as possible to save performance.
Unless I'm mistaken, nothing prevents you from using circuits to control this behavior.
For instance, you can read where a platform is going to. You can use this information in a latch/switch/memory cell to stop the signal going to either the requester antenna or the provider antenna. Likewise, you can change the value of the thresholds based on other factors.
Using circuits, you should be able to program your platform behavior to achieve your goal.
The goal of this mod is to provide the player with a well known interface (circuit signals) and let the player work around it with tool the player knows. The more skilled you are with circuits, the more complex things you can achieve.
