We're running a CB Map currently starting with yellow science
Running plenty of mods including IR2
Even when almost nothing is running in the base I had about 45fps max (60ups)
displaying the time-usage I discoverd a big value on this mod. so i disabled it -> constant 60fps now.
I know. I planned on implementing a ring buffer of lists of inserters needing update at each tick, some prediction of next pickup opportunity, and pseudo sleep for inserters not supplying something needing fuel. But i never actually did that. Now i am fully occupied with my coding job and don't even look at code in my spare time anymore...
Disabling the mod sadly is probably the best option if the base has to be big or the CPU has to be small.
Thanks for the mod. Same issue. Went from 57 UPS to 60 by turning this mod off. The good news is this mod is a big help in the early game, when UPS is less of an issue. This late in the game, I dont need to use Inserter Fuel Leech at all so turning it off has no impact to my factory, but gives me UPS.
