g Crabotron bugs

I have a problem with Crabotron. It refuses to use the second weapon. I don't have any additional mods installed on the weapon, but it simply does not shoot with the Autocanon, and only uses the flamethrower.

I tried manually swapping the Flamethrower and Autocanon, and now it does not use the Flamethrower. The same applies to the Fusion version. So I guess it refuses to swap weapons.

It also periodically gets stuck with one leg in an empty place, without any obstacles or anything like that, it has 1 leg left in one place (It happens about every 5 minutes of its walking). To fix this, you have to manually move it in a circle to make it start moving. I assume that this is due to the fact that it only has 4 legs

I temporarily fixed both issues, with the legs getting stuck, I just made a configuration so that the Crabotron would still have the unusual look ( https://imgur.com/a/422cdtw ) and I just removed the Flamethrower from it.

It doesn't swap weapons automatically, because that option is specifically, intentionally disabled on Crabotron. I did it because the weapons are different and have separate firerate and range. I'll think about enabling it or adding a config option though.

As for the legs, those are definitely a bane of my existence, lol. I might figure out some solution eventually (perhaps I'll give it additional 1 or two invisible legs to keep it agile enough to not get stuck, but still have 4 legs visually).

I guess there no option in game to make both guns available on the same tame, cause mixing 2 different types of guns, may cause some issues. And about the legs... I think invisible legs will make them walk awkwardly :D

I'll figure something out. Update might be rather delayed though, since I also plan on adding acid slowdown resistance to Crabotron and a weaker one to other trons (because high-tier acid can straight up paralyze a Tron, since they're that much less agile and slow than vanilla Spidertron), and that's just a new modding experience for me.

I'm glad people actually play the mod though, hope you keep on enjoying it!
