Adds a fully animated attack helicopter to the game. Ideal for getting from A to B quickly, exploring the map, building islands and nuking biters from the sky. Now 84% less buggier!

I can't live without heli now ^_^. One thing I've modded myself a bit tho is the cooldown on the rocket shooting/turret rotation speed, lowered the values a bit and it seems it's a bit more responsive - I think the default values are from tank? Making it super slow.
Yeah I left turret rotation at that since I felt I should probably nerf it a bit. But oh well it started annoying me too now, guess I'll increase it a bit. Rocket shooting is already much faster than the vanilla rocket launcher tho.
