You already have a very nice sushi base, but you might want to consider this tiny blueprint:

It's doing all science up to yellow from raws, and a lot of military to defend it as well. Here is a picture of it in action (with some hack addition on the right by me, the original does not have the unbarreling on the right):

What makes it special is that it requires very few resources to build, basic science only needs basic materials (i.e. it grows with your research), is quite upgradable and generates very little pollution, which makes it marvellous on death worlds. It's quite simply a work of art, and you can find new well thought out features of this blueprint every time you use it, i.e. a lot more though has gone in it than is obvious at first sight.
