Firstly, thanks for the mod. It's been exactly what I needed to build a fully automated request system.

One issue I've run into is it appears modules are scanned globally, instead of being restricted to the surface of the scanner.

1. Have pending modules to be inserted on Vulcanus and Nauvis
2. Have other pending ghosts on Vulcanus and Nauvis
3. Place scanner on Nauvis

All modules show up on scanner, and other Nauvis only ghosts
