Would it be possible to add support for build request made by the upgrade planner (the builtin one from 0.17 that draws circles and does not remove items from belts)?
For now I am constructing rectangular areas of blue belts so they are delivered by train and then have them deconstructed so they could be used for replacing my red belts...
If this gets done, it would also be nice to be able to choose how the currently existing items are counted in the scanner combinator. E.g. if I marked 50 red belts to be upgraded to blue and also planned the construction of 70 new red belts, I would only need 20 delivered (unless I am short on lubricant and want the new stuff to be replaced fast)...
