Adds robots that use portable reactor(s) to allow them to fly indefinitely(don't need to recharge). Now with settings!

In the mod settings you can:
Change what is used in recipe(Portable reactor or fuel/power cell);
Change amount of thing used in recipe;
Even remove either kind of bots.
Adjust the difficulty to your taste!

Makes the mod aware of Krastorio2 in order to match the robot speed adjustments Krastorio2 makes to construction and logistic robots.
