Fun little overhaul mod! I like it so far. The only big gameplay issue I found so far, is that there is no way to access pumps for train fluid loading before blue science. Thus training in oil is not an option until later in the game.
I would suggest adding the normal pumps back in, and removing the electricity need for them.
