Machines can only be placed on solid flooring. Works correctly across all planets including Gleba and space platforms.
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.

Furnaces, assembling machines, production chains.
Vaults are generated on Rabbasca without concrete flooring, causing them to get insta deleted.
This cause the player to get hardstuck because the vaults are a integral part of the gameloop on the planet.
For now i consider that out of scope.
Added now a setting to whitelist tiles.
