The Ruins Mod - Fortress Ruins


23 New enemy forts, 7 new assets, 3 new craftable items, a second recipe for A-bombs, 2 new crystallography research to complete and explosive machinegun ammo. Any chest that cannot be opened is by design, they are supplies for the enemy you cannot have them!

No serisouly, why is this a thing, I can claim all the base ruins, but this one? Nope.

It just adds nuclear bombs to my map basically... which can't be claimed, taken, or used... in anyway, making it entirely pointless... this isn't a RUIN in the sense that I can take stuff from it or rebuild it.

Its not pointless you have just missed the point but thats ok, its not for everyone I guess. You kill the forts and mine the crystals and craft items using them.

Killing the forts cause nuclear explosion (because all the core of these templates explode)... Any range based weapon can bypass the lazer turrets.

I can't get anything out of this besides a generator and a ammo type, which why? Lots of other mods have generator types and ammo damage types.
The alien structures in the mod looked intresting and all the stuff I could grab, but I can't grab any of it besides chests in the bases, because we can't pick them up like we could on the other ruin mod structures.

Also its not compatible with the Ruins mod now, due to the latest updates on their end.
