When placing ghosts of the flare stacks (in this specific case it was an electric item incinerator) there didn't appear any ghost icons to show the bots were placing them.
No idea if it has to do with quality since the ones I was trying to place were legendary quality and the literal only thing I saw with the ghost placement was the legendary icon in the bottom right of the tile the incinerator was going to be placed on. The bots still placed it, I just didn't see any ghost icon for it.
