Modified version of Combat Technology by sjlevin with more advanced configuration options and a slightly better attempt at balancing research costs. Also features options to retain research value when the research queue is empty by either storing all leftover research value or decaying stored research value by a percentage over time.

Purple and yellow cards have no progress

I haven't been able to narrow down this issue. It's likely because the mod itself can't figure out a cost for purple and yellow cards from K2 to calculate how much science to credit. I'm still trying to figure out a different solution to this, but I've not been able to get around to implementing the total overhaul of this mod I would like. The overhaul would fix this issue by basing the science gain from kills off of the science your force is producing (and forfeiting to a very inefficient lab) so that I no longer have to figure out how much each science pack is worth for the sake of balance.

Just nice, easy math based upon the amount of science that the mod ate up.
