Explosive Biters


This mod adds a nest of explosive aliens and worms! These aliens will explode on death (area damage) and spread fire. Fire spitters are also deadly burning everything! And if you see their Mother, run, run for you life! Say goodbye to your walls! Good luck! Note:Autoplace configured for hot areas found in alien-biomes mod.

b hot_enemy_base autoplace is not existing when SA is not present

Hello MFerrari,

it looks like there's a little bug (I believe) in the way you manage your autoplaces: when SA is not present in the mod list, hot_enemy_base are not created in the prototype (you can notice it when you create a new game: the sliders for explosive biters do not appear).

The result here is that we can't use your autoplace when SA is not present (or even configure the amount of explosive biters when we play)

Is that the intended behavior ? (if yes, then it means, we can only rely on the "auto replace" of existing biters in the control phase)

Hi there. It is intended... autoplace is added only on SA because of planets... there are no planets withou the expansion, so explosive biters use default enemy autoplace, but tweaked to only spawn on hot areas

Thanks for confirming, but in this case, for your information, this behavior is actually the contrary of what you did for frost biters.

In any case, i'll add fixes just in case for both (so whatever you choose, i won't have an error anymore).
