it looks like there's a little bug (I believe) in the way you manage your autoplaces: when SA is not present in the mod list, hot_enemy_base are not created in the prototype (you can notice it when you create a new game: the sliders for explosive biters do not appear).
The result here is that we can't use your autoplace when SA is not present (or even configure the amount of explosive biters when we play)
Is that the intended behavior ? (if yes, then it means, we can only rely on the "auto replace" of existing biters in the control phase)
