i Is there a way to make regions?

Idea is that the map is massive (unless we change the size).
So massive that we can use a (no mod) train for hours and still not reach the end.

That’s why I want to ask: instead of chunks, could there actually be regions?

Using this mod’s avatar as an example—the more you go down-left, it’s just endless Vulcanus; the more you go down-right, it’s just Gleba, nothing else. I honestly don’t know what to say about Fulgora, because that place is so empty. Especially considering how thunder = free electricity, it becomes easy to farm free electricity, and there’s really just Holmium. It makes me wonder if there’s even a need for a Fulgora biome. And no, I don’t see anyone bothering with the Fulgora island when they can just go to another biome.

The idea is: exactly like how the Avatar image looks, for all 4 planets (sorry Fulgora) to be spread across the world map—with no biome mixing or transitions.

Hi, thanks for your suggestion. I thought about doing something like that but i did not really like idea of splitting the map into 4 equal segments. Currently the mod is made such that you wil find more and more gleba terrain the further south you go until eventually everything is gleba. You will only find aquilo terrain in the north, but it does not cover 100% no matter how far you go. I did not want to make too much lava terrain since thats kinda OP and having 1-2 lava spots seemed fitting to me in a normal playthrough.

This mod was terribly painfull to make because I really do not understand how this noise expression really work. I just tweeked some numbers and functions and that was it... I did that for almost a month... I am considering making a rework, such that other planets and planet mods dont break, but dont think its any time soon.
