I have got all the research for the BioChamber, and even see it in my build options, but can't find anyway to build one. Every attempt reports on not enough pressure. I've tried building them in the Gleba area on the map but that didn't work either.

Not sure which mod might cause the issue, but i moved the code which removes surface conditions to the data-final-fixes.lua. This should remove the surface condition if another mod sets it some value.

I have not tested this with your mod list, but you can give it a try one i release 0.1.7
