Im not seeing any gelba plants spawning on the new update

I have no problems with plants on games created previous version 2.0.39 and now running on 2.0.39. Also do not see any issues on new game created in 2.0.39. Can you give me your map seed and some of the mods you are using?
I can confirm that everything works, you have to go down to the south to find the spots
