The mine copper bacteria thing to unlock heating Tower is not triggering preventing me from unlocking the heating Tower. Was there a surface condition on this that was not removed?
Scratch that. I see that even through it is a trigger technology it is locked behind nuclear power. Once that is researched than the trigger will work. Sorry about my previous post. Great mod!
