The Incendiary Ammo research unlocks sulfur bullets, along with penetrating sulfur bullets (that require uranium-238). The regular sulfur bullets are fine, but the penetrating sulfur ammo is more powerful than vanilla uranium bullets that require vastly more expensive research to access them.
Please move the penetrating sulfur ammo to a seperate new research tech that requires both incendiary ammo AND uranium ammo researches.
