b Inserters are unable to load artillery turret more than once

I would have preferred to put this on your GitHub for the mod but there was no issues section to do so.

I noticed today when using Artillery Turrets that inserteres are unable to load it more than once. When you first place down the insert it can load the turret, but after that it is unable to even if there is more ammo in the chest.

I have tracked down the bug to be with this mod but I don't know what is causing it.
