b Range Boost nullifies Damage upgrades on turrets

Range boost upgrade nullifies damage upgrades on Gun Turrets and Sniper Turrets
And, some turrets from "additional turrets" like the enhanced electron beam turret, changes the BASE DAMAGE from 312 to 125.
Laser turret Damage Upgrades seems ok.

My most beloved turrets is tickling the biters... T_T
