With the new base version the mod cannot be loaded. Full error message:
"Failed to load locale: Read file is not UTF-8: ElectricTrains/locale/de/de.cfg"
I modified the mod and resaved the cfg with UTF-8 encoding ( after updating misencoded characters).
Problem fixed.
