Sure. Mostly it's just a change of certain recipes for the position in the tech tree electric locomotives occupy in Space Age. So where in base an electric locomotive costs 30 steel, 10 red chips, 20 electric engines and 50 batteries, the SA recipe replaces the batteries with 20 supercapacitors.
Similar changes for the battery packs and charging stations, which replace the 20 batteries and 20 copper wire respectively with 5 supercaps and 5 superconductors.
