This is caused by that mod modifying the vanilla accumulator before my mod copies its data to define the charging station. The solution would be for Alien Loot Economy to place the last few if blocks from its entity.lua file into data-update.lua or data-final-fixes.lua, so you'll have to go over and request that from the ALE author.
