I have absolutely no idea whether that's feasible. The author of that mod doesn't touch on compatibility with other mods that add new trains, so I don't know whether it's up to them to add support, or me. If it's me...that's not too likely.
I'm currently trying to add support, can't promise I'll actually get anywhere though.
Got it working but requires edits to both LTN and Electric Trains, which isn't all that ideal to do. Alternative would be to turn all LTN stops into electric stops, but dunno if that's the right solution, anyway, here's the repos
I've been considering switching the recharging method over to a different method entirely that would do away with electric train stops, would that help/eliminate the need to patch for LTN support?

The patch in LTN is purely to get the station recognised as an LTN station (see here) so yes if you don't use the station for charging (Maybe a different rail attached building or something?) it wouldn't need to be edited.
Released an update that does away with electric train stops. It's about as close to 'vanilla' behaviour as I can imagine it getting, and should make the mod compatible with LTN now.
