First the mod is awesome and I like it,but:
Why is the stack size for discharged batteries only 5 instead of 10?
I just stopped in the middle of the track and did not know why, until I saw that the
stack size is not big enough. The stack size should be the same size as the charged batteries for the trains.

I have created a translation for the mod in German, would be nice if you integrate it into your mod.

I have no idea why I set the stack size for discharged batteries to be only 5. I'll fix that in the next version, thank you for bringing it to my attention.

And thanks for the translation! I assume that goes into a folder labelled 'de', right?
