Adds built-in productivity to raw material processing buildings. Fully updated for Factorio 2.0 and Space Age.
Each building has its own enable toggle and output multiplier setting (default 2x).

- Stone Furnace, Steel Furnace, Electric Furnace
- Chemical Plant, Oil Refinery, Centrifuge
- Foundry, Electromagnetic Plant, Cryogenic Plant (Space Age)
Productivity is applied via the native effect_receiver system. Compatible with modules, beacons, and quality. Startup settings, fully localized.
