If I recall, in vanilla space age, we can walk and drive on Fulgora deep ocean, but it is much slower than the shallow ocean. Now, with this mod installed, I can only walk on shallow ocean, which makes exploring difficult. Is this intended? I also notice that in those little movies on the menu, the cars racing on the Fulgora ocean go sideways part of the time. I don't recall seeing that. I hope my memory is not playing tricks on me.

I really like this mod. Very good idea. I much prefer going to Fulgora for holmium and doing the scrap thing than just mining up holmium from patches.

I do kind of wish that Aquilo was also its own planet like Fulgora if ever you consider making yet another.

Yes, the change to no walking on deep oil tiles is intended to add a little more challenge. Not just to movement, but movement with respect to enemies too. I would not expect it to be a great difficultly for travel without enemies.

I do not think I will be adding Aquilo the planet, for a couple of reasons. Why do you wish for a separate Aquilo?

Edit: Yes, something goes wrong with racing that simulation. If you load just this mod, it runs as normal. I have not yet investigated further.

Thanks for the quick response. No worries about Aquilo--that is totally a subjective wish-for, and I am certainly not saying there's anything wrong without it. I don't have a good reason for wanting Aquilo. Mainly I just feel like it's one of the last things, so having to build the platform, travel, etc... But I can do that in vanilla.

This is a fantastic mod. I could live without the change to deep oil being impassible because it limits exploration before the suit, which is when I usually do a lot of exploration so I know where to put down my first island, but I can live with it too.

Going to be checking out your other mods. If the mod portal had a rating system, I'd give this one the max stars or whatever.

Version 0.14.2 has been uploaded, it should resolve the Fulgora race menu simulation issue.
