  Features:
    - As part of supporting many new entity types, the layout of the contents window has changed to be only one item per line. This allows about 19 different items to fit in the window before it overflows.
      - A new per-player setting changes it to 4 items per line, similar to the old method.
    - Added a new per-player setting Show Item Names, on by default. This shows the item name after the count to help differentiate similar looking items.
    - Added a new per-player setting Entities Supported, which allows controlling which entities will have their contents shown. By default, all entities are shown, but it can be set to belt-like entities only (anything with a transport-line, same as v2.0.0), or belt-like and chest-like (including logistic chests, infinity chests, cargo landing pad) entities.
      - Additional entities in the All category include vehicles, beacons, turrets, drills, and inserters, including ammo, trunk, trash, and modules inventories for all types if they exist.
      - Assembling machines, furnaces, labs, rocket silos are not currently included, as the entity panel shows their contents.
      - Entities which hold only fluids (tanks, pipes, fluid wagons) will not be included, as the entity panel already lists the fluid they contain with the name.
