Adds tech and recipes for processing coal and water into crude oil without breaking game balance or progression too hard. "Drake?" "What?" "Where's the crude oil?" "It's fine, I installed a coal to oil mod." "Okay. So go make the blue science for it." "Okay, I will. ... ... ... ... ... ... I see the problem." "OH, DO YA???" Adds a slow recipe for bootstrapping the faster and more efficient recipe which uses sulfuric acid. The slow recipe produces more solid fuel to compensate for the increased energy usage. Both have solid fuel byproducts to give some of the lost coal energy back, and to complicate the logistics. Doesn't even break Vulcanus because it requires water production to be set up unlike simple coal liquefaction, and it's worse than regular coal liquefaction for heavy and light oil, and only almost as good at making petroleum gas. Competes with both coal liquefaction recipes for usage on space platforms, without being definitely better than either.
