A: They are still being developed by the Angel's Dev team. Support for them will be added in a future release. They will be usable in more than just farms (and won't be usable in labs).
A mod for Bob's mods. Reintroduces green to red to blue circuit progression. New circuits result in overall increased resource usage. Reduces module count and types.
