this mods adds an item that pings a spot on the map, it takes 4 circuit values:

X = the x position that should be pinged
Y = the y position that should be pinged
Enable = whether or not the pinger is enabled or not, 0 is off, everything else is on
Timer = amount of time (in ticks) between each ping, if this signal is 0 then it will only ping once
