Adds production structures which simulate being fully beaconed, and Fullspeed productivity modules for them. Does not change any vanilla entities.

b Drills and Pumpjacks Should Have 6 slots?

Everything else is doubled so I had assumed this was also the intent here... I guess since they only take one beacon instead of 7, they're not quite as high powered?

Actually, they should have 0 slots because it's already assumed that they have speed modules inside of them. I only set module slots for them because it felt like fun and because I didn't have special graphics for them so I was able to identify if they have 1, 2 or 3 modules to identify level 1, 2 or 3. I should remove the module slots from them, so I probably will.
