The portable fission reactor requires uranium fuel cells. Should there be an alternative recipe using plutonium fuel cells? U-235 is scarce when the kovarex recipe is disabled.

Of course it's ridiculous that the game gives you a 750kW generator in your backpack instead of wireless power transfer (there are several mods for that). This thing is an ingredient for the spidertron making it somewhat important.

Not the worst idea. I added an additional recipe that uses MOX fuel cells.

I'm not going to support any of the other types mostly because I don't feel like making all those recipes, but uranium and MOX are the only 8 GJ (rather than 4 GJ) fuel cells, so it seems reasonable they'd be the ones used.
