Updated the Big Logistic Robot mod from DellAquilla.

• Payload size = robot scale * 5
• Robot speed = 0.05 / robot scale
• Robot energy = robot scale * 2.5

Robot scale is 2 by default, giving 10 (+bonus) initial cargo slots, and roughly half the speed of vanilla robots.

Maximum scale is 15, which would have 75 (+bonus) initial cargo slots, and 0.7km/h (+ 2.2km/h) speed. Ridiculously huge and slow.
