The Error highlights Outer-rim, obviously, as well as Krastorio2-spaced-out, alternate-science-packs and sx-k2so-enhancements-nulls-fork.
However, disabling just AzzTweaks allows the game to load normally.
Also, Disabling alternate-science-packs also fixes the issue but then I have to disable Factorio HD Age: Base Game -Graphics Addon as its a requirement.
